At 12:49 a.m. today, Flower Mound Police officers responded to a call reporting a shooting in the 1800 block of Flower Mound Road. A 28-year-old female victim was transported to the hospital w/ life threatening injuries. A suspect has been charged. More: bit.ly/3zwbTZ2

We were extremely blessed to have @valleycreek church choose us as a recipient of one of their community service projects. They donated two brand new refrigerators and tables for our break room and deep cleaned our kitchen and gym (we are so happy! 😁🙌🏽).

Yesterday we welcomed two new members to our FMPD family, Officers Mohit and Sedona Giri! The Giri's come to us from San Jose, CA Police Department. Mohit joined SJPD in 2018 and Sedona joined in 2020. If you see our new officers out, please welcome them to our Town! 👮🏼👮‍♀️

Recently, we were called to an accident where a young resident ran into a vehicle while on a scooter. The child wasn't injured, however, was not wearing a helmet and barely escaped serious injury. Be it bicycles, scooters, etc., please encourage your child to wear a helmet!
