Fabric softener is one of the leading contributors to indoor air pollution. Every time you catch that fresh laundry scent” you’re likely inhaling a cocktail of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as acetaldehyde, benzene derivatives and phthalates. These synthetic fragrances may smell inviting, but they linger on clothes, towels and air, quietly disrupting respiratory health, triggering headaches and potentially affecting hormones with repeated exposure. The good news is you can create truly comforting aromas without the chemicals. Skip the dryer sheets and turn to natural sources that nourish both your senses and your home. Baking banana bread or cookies fills the kitchen with the warm, irresistible scent of real vanilla and cinnamon. For an even simpler option, try a simmer pot. Fill a pot or crockpot with water, sliced orange or apple, a couple cinnamon sticks, cloves, and optional rosemary or vanilla. Simmer on low for hours, adding water as needed. The gentle release of natural essential oils creates a cozy, toxin-free atmosphere. Whether it’s a fall-inspired apple-cinnamon blend or a bright lemon-rosemary mix, these natural methods prove that the best home scents come from real ingredients, not lab-made fragrances. Your lungs will thank you. Much Love, Lynn

What FDA Really Means “FDA Approval” is more of a business deal than guarantee of safety or effectiveness. FDA in reality means the pharmaceutical industry and regulators have struck a profitable agreement, frequently at the expense of public knowledge and patient safety. Over the years approval standards have loosened dramatically. The result is a system where drugs reach the market with limited data, only for serious side effects to surface later. This reality is fueled by massive lobbying power. Lobbyists and back door deals effectively shape the rules, lowering the bar for approval. Aggressive marketing turns the FDA label into perceived validation. The public is left assuming “approved” equals safe when in truth it often reflects successful negotiation. Always question the evidence behind an approval and examine who funded the studies. In a world run by lobbyists and profit motives, blind trust in FDA approval is the real scam. Much Love, Lynn

Hershey's Kisses wrapped in shiny pink foil, plastered with "THINK PINK" and breast cancer awareness ribbons are just a way to remind us of the pink dupe. Instead of adding pink ribbons on products every October, maybe companies should just remove the cancer-causing ingredients! Every October, corporations slap a pink ribbon on their junk food, ultra-processed snacks and other products, then pat themselves on the back for "raising awareness." Meanwhile, they're raking in millions from pink-washed sales while the actual ingredients of excess sugar, artificial additives, inflammatory oils and chemicals keep fueling the very problem they're pretending to fight. It's not awareness. It's marketing. Real change would mean reformulating products, not changing the wrapper. Real support would fund actual prevention research instead of turning a serious disease into a yearly profit. Stop falling for the pink ribbon racket. Demand better ingredients, not better wrapping. What's Coming Your Way? I just looked at this word search and was compelled to share. My very first word was LORD and immediately thought of Matthew 7:7-8 (KJV): “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you” What a great way to start the week.  I'll take it! AI Power Engine We’ve reached a new civilizational milestone. Rather then keeping the lights on or cooling the house, the evil elite are more concerned that we can churn out pictures of people with eight fingers. The evil elite were smart though, getting the buy-in from the people before making their bigger surveillance state more evident. It started innocently with funny meme here, a surreal cat-dragon there. Now entire grids are groaning under the weight of AI data centers dreaming up extra thumbs and nightmare hands. Somewhere in a server farm, racks of GPUs are humming away, sipping enough power to run small countries, all so we can generate yet another image that looks 90% right and very much demonic. And the wild part? We’ve gone from “save the planet” to “let's build an AI data center,” and the planet is apparently fine with it. The only thing that was ever going green was the color of the money in their wallet. Happy Friday! Much Love, Lynn

Predictive Programming is REAL Predictive programming is when media subtly introduce ideas and events years in advance. This conditions the public to accept future realities as normal rather than shocking when they unfold. Whether deliberate or not, The Simpsons has become the poster child for this.  Its writers seem to have a crystal ball and know how to slow-dose storylines that become headlines. A 2000 episode referenced President Trump causing a budget crisis (long before his political rise). Other “hits” include the Disney-Fox merger, smartwatches, video calls, voting glitches and various scandals. Fans joke that someone keeps leaking the political script as the series exaggerates current trends into absurd futures that keep coming true. Here is what I want to know, what’s next? Recent and future episodes center around AI chaos and worker revolts, new health scares, global conflicts and political families.  What do you think will be next?  There is definitely something to this! Raw Milk Vs Big Pharma Isn't it remarkable how our system works? Medical malpractice kills hundreds of thousands of people every year, yet raw milk which is one of the oldest foods humans have consumed safely for thousands of years gets demonized for a handful of deaths over decades. Raw milk retains natural enzymes, probiotics, and bioavailable nutrients that support digestion, immunity, and overall health in ways pasteurized versions don't. If Big Pharma could patent milk, we'd see a complete switcheroo in the narrative. Since they can't, it threatens the modern pharmaceutical model with healthier people and we can't have that. The priorities here are completely backwards. Use your own critical thinking to decide. Much Love, Lynn

Mystery Tick Boxes Q. I have a new mystery you might want post on. A number of helicopters have been seen illegally over farm land and these helicopters have a small box attached to them. Many people and farmers are saying they are putting genetically modified ticks onto farm land. The theory is to destroy crops. There are videos of these strange helicopters and their boxes out there (just search "helicopter tick boxes farm" and you'll see them). Maybe there is a logical explanation, but it is very suspicious. A. I thought I'd start this post doing a quick search, and this requester is absolutely correct. There are SEVERAL videos of people documenting this very odd behavior. See for yourself: youtube.com/watch?v=IjpIy3nE… I touched on this topic briefly before, but now that we’re deep in the heart of tick season, we’re going to see a sharp rise in ticks on both ourselves and our pets. The apparent goal is disease, destruction, and a major surge in Alpha-Gal syndrome. This is  all designed to push people away from red meat, which remains one of the most nutrient-dense foods for human health and vitality.  To the psychopaths pushing Soylent Green-style chemicals as food, paleo and keto are now considered dirty words.  Stay vigilant. Check yourself and your animals daily, and keep eating real, nourishing food. Much Love, Lynn Quick Tick Removal Tips (Safe & Effective): -Use fine-tipped tweezers. Grasp the tick as close to the skin as possible (at the head, not the body). -Pull upward with steady, even pressure. Do not twist, jerk, or squeeze the tick’s body. -Clean the bite area and your hands with rubbing alcohol or soap and water. -Dispose of the tick by drowning it in alcohol, sealing it in tape, or flushing it down the toilet. -Lastly, don't freak out.  Most times with quick removal nothing happens.
