A liquid-cooled container is not a switchboard. You can't just ring out the circuits and call it tested. The system is alive: pumps, pressure, coolant, interlocks, thermals. The only honest way to verify it is to run it. That's why we do hashtag#FAT. Factory Acceptance Testing isn't the moment we declare a container ready. It's the moment we try to find what's still wrong with it. We hold every loop under pressure and watch it for hours. The slow leaks are the ones that matter. We push every cabinet to test voltage and read ground in milliohms, not metaphors. We trip every interlock with our own hands: leak rope, smoke, e-stop. "It should work" isn't a commissioning plan. And we run the full container under load until the thermals stop moving, not until the lights come on. CSA, UL, CE. The platform has cleared all three.
