We've enjoyed being part of this! Football on the Brain has hosted three Young Sport Leaders visits to our research centre @OxfordWIN, most recently last week.
It was all hands on deck at our research centre @OxfordWIN this morning, as we hosted 45 secondary students and staff from the @OxfordSDGLab Young Sport Leaders Programme.
Students got to participate in 7 activities combining neuroscience & sport, including an MRI demo!

Football meets neuroscience, meets #IWD2025!
Public engagement project @FootballOnBrain recently ran a workshop with @SheKicksMag, @FBeyondBorders and young girls in Manchester considering women’s football over the years, what it means to be a woman and their #SheKicksHeroes⚽💪
@FootballOnBrain is a public engagement project involving researchers from the @UniofOxford and football communities, understanding more about how our brains are involved in football. 🧠
