Summer Week 2 Lifter of the Week: James Foster! #WinToday

Big weekend ahead. Today I’ll be competing at the @HokiesFB Big Man Challenge. Sunday I’ll be at the @DukeFOOTBALL Academic Mega Camp after being invited and encouraged to attend, with a strong group of programs expected to be there. I may also compete Monday at Duke’s OL/DL camp depending on how the weekend schedule lines up. As a student-athlete, I know every opportunity has to be earned. I’m stepping into every rep with purpose, ready to compete, keep building my name, and show coaches the work, discipline, and potential I bring. I appreciate the college coaches who recognize the hard work I’m putting in and continue using their expertise to help me improve. Every rep matters. Every critique is noted. Every moment is a chance to get better.

What a great start to the weekend! I want to thank the @CharlotteFTBL staff for putting on the UNCC H.A.M. Big Man Challenge. If you weren’t there, you missed out on a phenomenal opportunity. H.A.M. stands for Hit A Man, and they made it clear from the start that physicality was expected when we strapped up the helmets. The clip below is with the guys from Team White after we dominated tug of war, tire flip, and the relay race they had set up for us. I had a great time learning from an outstanding coaching staff. It may have been a smaller group, but the competition and high level reps were top notch. Great reps, great competition, and a great opportunity to keep getting better. Looking forward to cutting up and posting video from this event soon!
