My expectations for this album: Rod wave is top 3 artist I have been most invested ever since 2021. Beautiful mind in 2022 was underwhelming and bloated but he stepped up with nostalgia in 2023 which is his most concise project. Didn't have them super hits like pray 4 love and soulfly but still an amazing project. Then the last lap came in 2024 which is my least favorite rod wave project ever. Literally a strong 5/10. The album was bloated, repetitive, and only had one direction which was 95% singing about the same shit and little rapping. The masses feel the same because statistically it was worst performing album in YEARS. I can't give rod wave too many chances because the only time he pops out is with an album, therefore I expect quality this time.

That is the only real horror element of the film, that she doesnt want to actually be with him and is actively fighting for control of herself. They shouldve locked in on that aspect a bit more actually.
