STRUCTURE THERAPEUTICS The full analysis of $GPCR is now available online on my Substack! If you're interested in the GLP-1 market or companies like $VKTX or $KLRA, this post is worth a read. I've found that safety might matter more than efficacy when it comes to GLP-1s, which is where GPCR really stands out. You can check out the article for free here: open.substack.com/pub/plutoa… $XBI $IBB

Recap from my $ELDN article: In the first graph you can see how the Tegoprubart group has received a disproportionate amount of “low quality” kidneys, or KDPI worse than 35. But if you split the groups you can see that Tego actually outperforms in the lower quality group. (The third picture) You can find my full article here: open.substack.com/pub/plutoa…

$VSTM Standard PoS would be at 45%. Peak-Sales: 1.25B for NSCLC; 250M for mPDAC; 230M for CRC (each for mono and combi, for simplicity) The key might be mPDAC, because the NSCLC market is so competitive. Reporting data on VS-7375, Oral KRAS G12D (ON/OFF) Inhibitor data: Tuesday, June 23 at 4:30 pm ET Verastem’s management team will present preliminary data from the TARGET-D 101 dose-escalation and dose expansion cohorts across pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small lung cancers, including updated safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetic findings, as well as patient case studies evaluating VS-7375 both as a monotherapy and in combination across multiple tumor types. A webcast of the call, along with accompanying slides, will be available under "Events & Presentations" in the Investor section of the Company's website. $QNRX just postet some great interim data. 4/6 patients were improved or significantly improved No treatment related adverse events One patient’s pruritus was completely eliminated One patient required the application of emollients to their skin 12 times a day, every 2 hours. After 3 weeks of dosing with QRX003, as a result of improvements in the infant’s skin, the parents are using almost no emollient on the treated body sites.

$ELDN Just looking at the guidelines for Breakthrough Therapy Designation: “The FDA defines BTD as a process to expedite the development and review of drugs for serious conditions where preliminary clinical evidence suggests the drug may demonstrate substantial improvement over existing therapies on at least one clinically significant endpoint.” Serious condition: CHECK Substantial improvement: CHECK (glycemic avoidance, because you can’t miss your insulin shots anymore, this would need deep research) What do you think? Also if you want, my article is here, it’s still up to date: open.substack.com/pub/plutoa… $XBI, $IBB

$GPCR, my analysis of the company describes how the future of GLP-1’s could shift from an efficacy discussion to a safety discussion. There are strong pure-play GLP-1 drugs like $VKTX, but if adjusted for safety, the oral drugs' utility might be different. (VKTX’s strength lies in the maintenance study, and maybe they can improve the titration; I am just trying to elaborate on a point.)

I might have to post another article about $ELDN; it's been too long. Maybe I will take a closer look at the current state and the T1D study.

$ELDN I'm just getting time to cover this now: 12 out of 12 patients have achieved insulin independence in the Type 1 trial. I'm also looking forward to hearing the results from ELDN’s discussions with the FDA. It wouldn't be surprising to see the medication gain breakthrough status, given how significant this is compared to the standard of care. Right now, investors are waiting on clear guidance on the company's next steps, since all the high-profile trials have wrapped up.

I plan to be quite critical in my $PCSA analysis. Nobody's perfect, but if you're a corporation, you shouldn't be making spelling mistakes in your documents. Especially in your pipeline graphic as a clinical-stage company. Having a comma in front of an “&” in one row and then no comma in front of it in the second is an issue. Although I’m not a big fan of crypto, what I really dislike is floating the idea of using cryptocurrency as a depository currency without following through. To me, it seems like an attempt to hype up retail investors. Nevertheless, recent insider purchases totaling over 1% of the company's market cap suggest something is intriguing about the company, so I’ll take a closer look.

$GPCR In my DCF analysis, I determined that Structure Therapeutics has a fair value of $70.50 USD. Quick Risk and MOAT: The biggest risk facing the company is the intense competition in the market. Its main moat is the high safety profile and the availability of a small molecule oral GLP-1 drug. If you want to read the full article, it’s here: open.substack.com/pub/plutoa… $IBB

Since my $GPCR analysis is available online, I'm turning my attention to my next post. I plan to cover $PCSA, which has seen significant insider buying and is poised to release important data. I just hope the news doesn’t come out before I publish my article. I'm also holding shares in this stock. $XBI $IBB

$GPCR - Aside from the small molecule part, the graph below shows Structure Therapeutics bull thesis in one picture. The low dropout rate is what could make the difference for the drug, and I had to think of a new way to value this efficacy-safety trade-off. $XBI, $VKTX, $IBB open.substack.com/pub/plutoa…

At 10:30 AM New York time, I'll be publishing the $GPCR analysis on my Substack. I’ve really dug into their Anti-Obesity program and found a way to compare the drug to other oral compounds, which is quite interesting if you’ve been following the market. If you’re invested in $VKTX, this is particularly relevant for you, as their oral drugs are direct competitors. Consider following me here or on Substack, so you don’t miss out! $IBB, $XBI, $ALT

Some milestones for this quarter are still hanging in the balance, including $PCSA; the prolonged wait could potentially signal a high PFS. Meanwhile, $RCE is still waiting for its DFI data to be released once 155 patients have been treated. However, enrollment has been slow, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the deadline gets pushed back again.
