So Iโm learning a lot from @michaeljburryโs Substack, so PC firms apart from fueling the AI boom and putting its loans into an ABS and pool those junk data center loans into SPVs, the PE and PC firms own the same life insurances that buy and hold the asset backed securities and the SPVs. It seems like the dot com bubble combined with a 2008 like credit structure.
