Viruses don’t respect borders. Yet today's estimates say much of the world won’t get access to COVID-19 vaccines until at least 2023. The longer it takes to vaccinate people across the globe, the greater the risk to all of us as new variants continue to spread.

Our message is simple. Let’s treat migrants and asylum seekers like human beings first. It’s time to #endMPP now.

Shamseyeh's daughter is only 6 & suffers from autism and mental health issues. For more than 3 months now she lives in #Moria, in a tiny space with almost no electricity & no heating. In the local hospital there no specialized doctor to see her & the Greek government ignores her.

Over 24h, our teams in Tenosique, Mexico assisted 11 young migrants from Honduras, kidnapped as they fled the National Guard. They were subjected to beatings, threats, torture, sexual assault, & extortion by criminal gangs operating with impunity in Tabasco state. #FronteraSur

Thousands of people continue to flee violence and poverty in Central America. Once in Mexico, they are exposed to yet more violence. Mexico’s repressive deterrence policy condemns them to greater suffering. #FronteraSur x.com/MSF_Mexico/status/1220…

Lejos de una migración segura para estas personas, la política fronteriza represiva del gobierno mexicano las condena a un mayor sufrimiento.
