My favorite part about Monument of Triumph has got to be them adding around 20 catalyst to the core playlist. As nice as a lot of loot is, Destiny has missed Rarer loot. That dopamine hit when I finally get the Khvostov or Anarchy catalyst is gonna be great.

If you’re trying to get some of the new catalyst make sure you’re doing your orders/bounties. The exotic orders seem to have a guaranteed drop chance for them. I’ve done 2 and gotten both Winterbite and Parasite, friend did one and got Winterbite.

How are people getting catalysts I have zero catalysts

Not to sound ungrateful, but you can tell they were against the clock making some of these catalyst. There’s a lot of good ones (Conditional, Div, 1K, Khvostov, Wavesplitter, Devil’s Ruin, Anarchy, etc) but there’s also some disappointing ones like Xenophage.
