Clearer explanation: I'm using Xbox Cloud Gaming to piggyback off of Microsoft's Network Infrastructure which is optimized for enterprise level low latency routes across the Atlantic.

This is from a year ago and I never posted this, but my point still stands:
'65ms is achievable to North Europe DCs (Dublin) by connecting to an East US Xbox Cloud Gaming Server, but there's no North Europe Xbox Cloud Gaming Server to get 65ms on East US DCs.'
