FYI from testing, you need someone who hasnt done the dungeon yet to be fireteam leader when you complete the dungeon. The masterwork drops as an inventory item, then you can apply it to your gun.

I haven't posted on here about how I feel about @DestinyTheGame no longer recieving live service updates.
I'm heartbroken, like most.
I met my husband in a last wish raid that a friend put together, which unequivicably changed my life forever. I started a streaming journey with this game, poured hours and hours into it.
It might be copium, but I'd be so fucking there for D3 if it ever happened. Sign the petition, play on June 9th. Play for as long as you love it.

You can now automate pinning and unpinning messages in Streamer.bot, isn't that POGGO???
And as a little extra, the 'MOD TOOLS' extension also handles everything else you need for moderation. Spam bots, hate raids and all other goodies your mods need.

I think this situation was handled appropriately and I am so glad to hear that the team whose run was ambushed are being compensated for their compiler kill.
Also glad to hear that the TOS will be updated to prevent further situations like this in the future, Marathon isnt Destiny and this made that very clear.
Over the weekend, a player posted a video of them taking advantage of a map issue and going out of bounds to gain access into the Compiler room to ambush a team after they finished completing the encounter.
First off, we will have this issue fixed before Cryo Archive becomes available again.
In the past, we have not taken action against players going out of bounds, but due to this case heavily affecting other players negatively, we'll be reviewing our policies and sharing more details soon. While we don't want to punish players for bugs that they run into by accident, we will communicate more clearly the line that players should not cross when it comes to using these sorts of bugs that could be griefing others.
We will be reaching out to the affected players to grant them compensation for having their successful run interrupted by this issue.
