Oxford United are delighted to announce that the Club have formally signed the Section 106 Planning Agreement with Oxfordshire County Council and Cherwell District Council, which has enabled full and final planning permission for the Clubโs new stadium to be issued.
This represents one of the most significant milestones to date in Oxford Unitedโs plans to build a 16,000-capacity stadium, which include a 180-bedroom hotel, restaurant, conference centre, health & wellbeing space, gym and community plaza.

It was recently confirmed the Secretary of State will not call in the Clubโs new stadium planning application.
It follows the Councilโs Planning Committee approval in August for the Club to build a 16,000-capacity, all-electric stadium on land north of the city.
