It’s good there were no crossings last week but let’s look at the bigger picture. Labour promised to fix the “Tory mess” and secure the borders. Instead, in 2025 alone there were over 41,000 small boat arrivals, the second-highest year on record. Since Keir Starmer took office, tens of thousands more have crossed. A single quiet week (often due to weather) doesn’t erase the failure of their approach. The gangs are still operating, the numbers remain historically high, and the “smash the gangs” pledge has delivered very little so far. We need actual deterrence not spin.
Once again, no small boat crossing last week. Labour promised we would sort out the mess left by the Tories and secure our borders. There is more to do, but we are getting to grips with the problem. Promise made. Promise being delivered. gov.uk/government/publicatio…

Whilst we sit here and moan our military is struggling, we have Palestine Action playing their part in affecting it even more. But people will still try to defend them😂🤡

Zarah, stop romanticising violent thugs. These “activists” didn’t just protest, they caused £1.2 million in damage and smashed a police officer’s spine with a sledgehammer, leaving Sgt Kate Evans with life-changing physical and emotional trauma. That’s not peaceful direct action, it’s serious criminal violence. No amount of “genocide” rhetoric excuses fracturing a public servant’s spine while she was doing her job. The courts got it right. Law and order must apply to everyone, no special passes for your favoured causes.
Today four activists face terror-related sentences for taking direct action against an Elbit Systems weapons factory in Filton, Bristol - a factory that makes drones sent to the genocidal apartheid state of Israel to kill Palestinians in Gaza. Back in April, I warned in Parliament that jurors would not be told terrorism sentences could follow a criminal damage conviction. No terrorism charges were ever brought. The proscription against Palestine Action has since been ruled unlawful. The defendants were even prevented from telling the jury they acted to stop genocide. This is a Labour government defending Israeli death factories and stripping away all of our fundamental rights. Everyone who cares about our democracy should be outraged.

The Israel-Palestine conflict is a tragic, endless cycle of violence and suffering on both sides. Hamas and Palestinian militants: • The barbaric October 7 massacre — murdering, raping and kidnapping civilians. • Thousands of rockets fired indiscriminately at Israeli cities. • Using their own people as human shields and diverting aid for tunnels and weapons. • Decades of suicide bombings, stabbings and rejection of peace offers. Israel: • Heavy civilian casualties in Gaza from military operations. • Expansion of settlements in the West Bank. • Blockades and responses that have devastated Palestinian life. Both sides have blood on their hands and legitimate grievances. This is not Britain’s fight. We should have nothing to do with either side ; no blank cheques, no endless foreign aid, no entanglement in their ancient hatreds. Our government’s duty is to the British people: secure our borders, protect our streets, support our veterans and put Britain first.

This is the reality behind the “peaceful protest” spin. Palestine Action thugs storming facilities, causing massive damage and injuring police, including fracturing a policewoman’s spine. Now four of them have been jailed for a combined 22 years. Violence like this isn’t activism. It’s criminal extremism that puts lives and infrastructure at risk. No excuses. Full law and order, no two-tier leniency.

Another horrific conviction, a Bulgarian migrant found guilty of assaulting a 12-year-old Scottish girl. Yet when warnings were raised about grooming gangs, stabbings and failures of integration, the usual voices like Humza Yousaf dismissed it all as “racist misinformation.” How many more British children need to be victims before we stop the denial, secure the borders and put our own people first?
A Bulgarian man has now been found guilty of assaulting a 12-year-old Scottish girl. @HumzaYousaf when can we expect your apology?

A migrant is arrested every three minutes in England and Wales. Something has gone seriously wrong with our immigration system. migrationcentral.co.uk/p/mig…

If the allegations are serious enough for a ban since 2023, the public and West Ham fans deserve full transparency, not whispers and selective BBC reporting. Football clubs, like every institution, should have proper safeguarding and zero tolerance for abuse. No cover-ups, no special treatment for owners. Accountability matters.

Sadiq Khan boasting about “nightlife” and “five tubes” while Londoners deal with record knife crime, gang violence, grooming scandals, and streets that feel increasingly unsafe at night. No one’s complaining about a vibrant city. People are sick of the chaos, no-go areas, and two-tier policing that’s made central London feel like anything but the “greatest city in the world.” Fix the crime and disorder first. The excuses are getting old.
If you’ve chosen to live in the centre of the greatest city in the world, expect the nightlife to match.

Another horrifying incident in North Belfast ; a man, believed to be Somali, arrested after what’s being reported as an attempted beheading. This level of barbaric violence keeps erupting, and communities are rightly feeling fear and anxiety. The public needs full transparency on these attacks, not vague statements. Britain cannot continue importing problems we can’t or won’t control.
A man in his 30s, believed to be Somali, has been arrested following an incident in the north of Belfast on Monday night. The DUP's Brian Kingston says people will have "fear and anxiety" over the attack. Belfast attack latest: trib.al/MxnD8E3

The fact he was still walking the streets after being recorded playing with guns in his garden tells you all you need to know about Law & Order in the UK.

Zack Polanski backing a convicted terrorist like Marwan Barghouti, mastermind behind suicide bombings and murders of civilians, says everything about where his priorities lie. “Free Marwan”? How about showing the same energy for British victims of grooming gangs, stabbings, and two-tier failures on our own streets. This is the Green Party in a nutshell: soft on terror abroad, blind to the chaos at home.
Good. Let's talk about Marwan Barghouti. Imprisoned for 25 years. An inter-Parliamentary Union report found he was not given a fair trial. Nelson Mandela: “What is happening to Barghouti is exactly the same as what happened to me." Free Marwan. freemarwan.org/

Classic. Rob asks the most basic, obvious question: “Do you think an extra million people will affect housing?” Green candidate: “Erm… um…” They can’t answer without admitting their open borders obsession is making the housing crisis worse. Student politics meets reality and freezes. x.com/ArchRose90/status/2062…

I agree. This is the perfect moment to put grudges aside and align on the biggest problems we face as a country. We are running out of time. The horrific failure over Henry Nowak, two-tier policing, grooming gangs, open borders and the rapid erosion of our way of life should unite everyone who actually wants to save Britain ; Reform, Restore, and anyone else who puts the British people first. No more infighting. The country is in crisis.
Nigel Farage and Rupert Lowe need to bury the hatchet for the good of their country and the entire West. Do it for Henry.

It’s only right. When far less serious situations get full backing from the left, the government, and endless media coverage for protests, it’s only fair that British people’s legitimate anger over Henry Nowak’s horrific death is heard and seen on the streets. The two-tier hypocrisy has gone on long enough. This footage has rightly ignited public rage.

This bodycam footage is absolutely heartbreaking and infuriating. A terrified British teenager, Henry Nowak, is bleeding out, struggling to breathe, crying for help and repeatedly telling officers “I’ve been stabbed”. Instead of taking his claims seriously, they assumed he was going to be sick, mocked him with sarcastic replies like “I don’t think you have mate”, and showed zero urgency. They failed to properly check his entire body, especially his chest despite multiple pleas. Then, after he appears to lose consciousness, they read him his rights as if he was the criminal. This is a total failure on every level. The lack of basic care and indifference shows exactly what’s wrong with two-tier policing in Britain. Henry deserved better. His family deserves real justice.
