-5 jalapenos, 1/2c. shredded chicken (recommend rotisserie), 1/3c. cashew queso, 5 strips bacon (cut in half lengthwise), 1/2 tsp paprika. Mix chicken and queso, stuff in jalapeno, wrap with bacon and sprinkle w/ paprika. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min. Or air fryer at 375 for 5 min.
