Hosted at The Croud Meadow and organised by @McPhillipsLtd (Wellington) with @MatesInMind brought people together through the power of sport, with a shared goal of improving mental health in the workplace. By creating opportunities to play sport, talk and support one another, initiatives like this help build more inclusive workplace cultures where people feel comfortable checking in on themselves and checking in on others. A brilliant day of football to help to reduce the stigma and encourage people to reach out when they need support. ⚽️
