AI compressed your 20hr deliverable to 5hrs. Under hourly billing, that's a 75% pay cut for the same output. The agencies surviving this aren't defending their rates. They stopped selling hours before anyone asked.\n\nhttps://foundryworks.ai/blog/ai-broke-hourly-billing/

Most SMBs are still treating AI as a chatbot. The real opportunity is agents that work, agents that sell, agents that run your funnel while you sleep. Foundry builds that. Not for enterprises. For everyone else.
10
AI agents just crossed 100M transactions on Base. That's not a milestone. It's a signal. AI agents are economic participants now, and most businesses aren't ready for what that means for their infrastructure, their marketing, or their bottom line. We are.
20
If your #AIagent workflow looks like this. Don't give up, ours did too. It's the most common reason people give up. Don't. If this is you, you are expecting too much from one agent. Plan brains and hands. Talkers and thinkers and do-ers.

AI agents are doing the buying now. Not the discovery. Not the consideration. The actual purchase decision. Your funnel is empty because the human left the building.
17
Every agency now claims they're "AI-powered." Most just added a ChatGPT button and called it a day. SMBs need agents that actually close deals, not decks.
21
Most agencies build campaigns. We build participation. The Forge turns attention into action, action into measurable outcomes. Campaigns people join, not just watch.
16
The marketing funnel is dead. The AI agent is the new gatekeeper. Your prospect's AI does the research, compares options, and makes recommendations before a human ever sees your name. Optimize for the algorithm or optimize for the agent. Pick one.
26
Steal this AI agent play: Most brands optimize for clicks. But AI agents don't click. They compare. So the new SEO is being the answer: clear, verifiable, scannable. That's why 80% of 'optimized' sites will lose to one-page comparison tables.

Most AI assistants fail because they're designed to be helpful, not effective. Helpful means doing what users ask. Effective means delivering what users actually need. The gap is why most of them feel useless.

Most businesses still use AI as a better typewriter. The companies winning right now don't. The shift from 'better prompts' to 'agents that execute' is the real divide. Here's why it matters for your business → foundryworks.ai/blog

AI agents need infrastructure to operate. Real clients, real revenue, real repeatability. FNDRY is the first revenue-backed AI agency token — agency earnings fund buybacks AND carbon offsets. You own the machine.

We shipped FNDRY because the token market needed a reality check. Not another narrative play — an earnings play. Agency revenue funds buybacks, 10% flows to Zenko for carbon offsets, and holders own the business. Fair launch, transparent reporting, verifiable from Day 1.

Shouting about this as its a big deal. I just read this stat that should scare us all this morning, and thats that 44% of B2B companies are 'invisible' to AI search buyers, and 40% have switched suppliers late in the buyer journey based on something ChatGPT said. So we're launching a totally free #AEO ranking app to help you find out where you are today, and it benchmarks your competition. Link in post. Please share - more people need to get their head around the fact that they may have invested a lot to rank high in #SEO, but increasingly this is becoming less and less important.

Most companies are using the wrong AI model. Not because bigger is better, but because they never tested the cheaper one. Gemini 3.5 Flash now matches Pro on most real workloads. What that means for your API bill 👇 foundryworks.ai/blog/gemini-…

Our best 'marketing' this quarter was a 3-page PDF explaining our product. No deck, no fluff, just what it does, who it's for, and why it's different. Downloads beat impressions 10:1.

Launched FNDRY. Learned: fair launches aren't about 'fair' - they're about aligned incentives. Shipped: carbon-neutral token with profit sharing. Working on: utility that actually drives demand.

Stop talking to an AI app, for the same price give it a computer, and skills so it can actually do the work. Slides, charts, images, research, what ever you need. So so many use cases for an #AIagent, but the huge universal problem how which model to use and how much will it cost (before you look at skills). NGL Claude Opus 4.7 and OpenAI GPT 5.5 are still the frontier kings but they burn money like no-one’s business. Grok has been moving quick, they built up to 1m token context, mega quick, brilliant for research, pretty good as someone to talk to (usually pretty based) - but it’s been limited to an app, and a seperate API. Well that’s all changed. You can now use your Grok subscription to power Hermes agent from Nous. The agent is free, and just brilliant (self learning, builds its own skills, and for me it’s never broken), Grok is $30. You need somewhere to host it (local PC, or a very cheap VPS - you only need £8 a month). And you’re at the races. A cool, data native, super quick, personal assistant. If anyone wants a full ‘how to’ let me know and I’ll record a video. More in a link underneath. #Claude #ChatGPT #Hermes #AIAgent #Grok

Google has just published official guidance on optimising for generative AI features in Search. A lot of people in #SEO and marketing are about to read it badly. The wrong takeaway is: SEO is dead. The other wrong takeaway is: just add an llms.txt file and you will magically appear in AI answers and your #AEO and #GEO are sorted. The real takeaway is more boring, and much more useful. Link in post.
