Feeling really refreshed today, even though my phone started blowing up at 0100. Definitely feel like I’m more recovered especially considering yesterday was chest day.
My sleep was constantly interrupted last night by an obsessive client and an angry 2 year-old. I’m not attributing last night’s sleep quality to the addition of Pinealon. Research to continue.
