I can forgive Nintendo for not focusing on the "smaller" first party franchises' anniversaries, but come on, they couldn't in any small way say anything about Zelda's anniversary? Not even a hey, it's been 40 years since the original Zelda game, thank you for sharing the journey?

Feel like I'm crazy, I really thought the Nintendo Direct was a solid 8/10 at least, people wanted new first party games, wanted all these big 3rd party games to go to Switch 2, and we got all of those announced, but yet people are hating for getting exactly what they asked for?

They don't really do the whole competition move, it's more likely if it's not this Thursday, which I doubt it is, it'll be within the next two weeks after, Nintendo wants the focus to be on them

Creo que puede tener sentido por varias razones:
- El 5 de junio se cumple exactamente un año del lanzamiento de Switch 2, motivo suficiente para hacer un Direct y ocasión para anunciar planes futuros.
- El 4 de junio llega Donkey Kong 64 a Nintendo Switch Online.
- Serviría para restar atención a la competencia: State of Play el 2 de junio, Summer Game Fest también el 5 y Xbox Games Showcase el 7.
- Nintendo suele hacer Direct en la segunda o tercera semana de junio, pero este año tenemos Mundial y empieza el 11.

Yeah no, that's not how that works, considering the fact that time and money already went into making those ports to PS5, it likely makes zero sense to drop those versions, however going past current releases already announced as multiplatform they could go back to exclusivity

XBOX fans, if you keep the pressure up on Microsoft, they might cancel Forza Horizon 6, Halo Campaign Evolved for PS5, and keep Gears of War E Day exclusive. They’re not gonna cancel Fable for PS5 but the others we have a chance. Allow your voice to be heard, before it’s too late

We told them what? The only thing people were upset about to begin with was that the finale wasn't going to be free immediately and that people had to pay to see it two weeks earlier than when it comes out for free to YouTube

Sooo for those who are unaware.. the final episode of the amazing digital circus “ the last act” have unfortunately been leaked on sites like Twitter.. although in a different language but still… honestly I’m not even that surprised that this is actually happen… because we warned them that this could happen when it comes to trying to get the final episode into theaters.. I love glitch productions to pieces… but I will say that this was definitely not one of their best decisions.. I mean, the digital circus is good.. but it’s not “ let’s put it on the big screen good” I will still go see this in theaters and try my best to avoid the spoilers online, but this whole thing is very disappointing.. and I honestly feel really bad for goose works (creator of the show) she worked her ass off on this and literally all of this could’ve been avoided if glitch didn’t make this stupid decision… so yeah that’s all I have to say. I’m don’t even know what to say…because we told them…#TheAmazingDigitalCircus #NoSpoilers #TheLastAct #GlitchProductions

Star Fox 64 is still the best selling game in the series (and probably the most positively received).
Even then, it took the N64 and 3DS versions combined to hit 5 million units.
With the popularity of Fox from the movie, I understand why Nintendo is going back to 64.

The new graphics and art style look great, but, I'm a little more surprised that the art style didn't follow the look from the Mario Galaxy movie in either the 2D or 3D designs, NOT THAT THIS IS BAD

MachineGames Creative Director Axel Torvenius explains what makes the Switch 2 appealing to his team:
"At MachineGames, we always try to ensure our games and products are available to as many players as possible, and each platform has its own unique features. The fact that you can play Indiana Jones and the Great Circle when you’re out on your own adventure on the train, the bus, or just have it in your backpack to enjoy whenever, is at least one of the big features of Nintendo Switch 2 that excites me.
The other things that are interesting with the Switch 2 is of course the gyro motion controls for movement, and the full compatibility with the Joy-Con 2 mouse controller functionality. Those are exclusive to the Switch 2, so we’re happy to have these interesting mechanics to work with in the Switch 2 release."
