After watching the new #RescueRangers movie, I couldn't help but spot this possible reference in the opening scene that I don't think anyone has reported.
Nester from Nintendo Power can be seen walking in with his Walkman.
The faculty member calls them Simon though. So maybe not?

Jeez, it's been three and a half years since Ultimate came out. When I saw Young Link was back, I was so happy. Sure, I was hoping for Tails to be in the game... But getting Banjo Kazooie, Sephiroth, and now Sora... this works for me.
I just wish Etika was here.
