Cannot speak highly enough of what Nichelle Nichols achieved on earth and in actual NASA space recruitment. And for all the thousands of little girls who grew up wanting to be strong and brave just like her. Goodbye Lieutenant.

Tories privatised the rail and hand billions in bail outs. Tories privatised mail and prices have rocketed. Tories hand contacts to mates in NHS and system is falling apart. Tories underfunded education and now can’t fill vacancies. But yeah, unions are crippling services 🙄

💬 I will do everything in my power to make sure that militant action from trade unions can no longer cripple the vital services that hard-working people rely on. #LizForLeader @MailOnline 👉 dailymail.co.uk/news/article…

Replying to @reece_dinsdale
If you want to see a great Johnson take down watch this at 1hr 14m. Mark Thomas got an honorary degree from @Unikent today and in his speech pays 'tribute' to our dear PM. Absolutely love the reaction of the graduands - they give me hope. youtu.be/uARbRWjAm30

Imagine walking 30,000 steps carrying or pulling mail in this heat. It’s dangerous and exhausting. Our members sense of public duty is outstanding. Remember that when the strike ballot result comes next week. Well done @ShellyAsquith 👏

If you’ve ever wondered just how misleading Fox News can be, watch what their viewers have been told about why Boris Johnson has resigned as Prime Minister:

I'm told Nadine is planning to run up as he's giving his resignation speech, grab him round the ankles and scream 'don't go, don't listen to the shithouses, they're traitors, fucking traitors', until someone from London Zoo fires at her with a tranquiliser dart.

'This crop of incompetent, lying, duplicitous, ne'er-do-well, charabanc-riding cretins - how do you think Jeremy Paxman would've felt about grilling them?' @mrjamesob asked this ex-military officer if he'd do his holiday cover, following a blistering rant on client journalism.

Thought nobody could topple @NadineDorries off the top of the podium for idiocy, especially after her epic Jeremy Hunt rant earlier, but @nadhimzahawi has somehow managed it. Do us all a favour and give Twitter a rest, chaps, and maybe even speaking in public generally.
Yet more cliches hot on the heels of that fairly damning vote, 'get behind our leader', 'draw a line under' and 'clear mandate'. None of which have even a passing acquaintance with reality 🤣.
Crossed a few cliches and buzz words off my 'no confidence vote' bingo card already. Got all the big calls right Navel-gazing Distraction Get on with the important issues Listened to my constituents With a heavy heart 'The public just want us to...' ...and, of course, 'move on'

Celebrating 70 years of hereditary privilege. Smiling at @MartinRowson's tribute painted in a couple of hours this morning on a wall of The Honor Oak pub in Sarf East London. 🍺🙂👋

Boris Johnson's spokesman repeatedly refuses to deny that a party took place in the Prime Minister's flat on the evening of his birthday in June 2020, but merely tells us to look at the Sue Gray report. Gray made no mention of this event.

The Times reports that Downing Street had access to drafts of Sue Gray's report in advance and intervened to get details of the Abba party in Boris Johnson's flat removed. thetimes.co.uk/article/muzzl…
