So important! Been learning so much about this during my time @MSEssex_ICS and definitely trying to make tooth brushing a fun routine with my 1 and 3 yr old...so these tips on how to get them to stay focused and still are always welcome 🤣
Start brushing your baby's teeth as soon as the first milk tooth breaks through (usually around 6 months).
Use a smear of children's toothpaste containing no less than 1,000ppm of fluoride.
