🌿 Hello Haven just made my morning better! Woke up groggy, foggy, brain completely offline. Asked Haven what might be going on... and it actually figured it out — my allergies, my dog Oakley, Utah's seasonal stuff all ganging up on my sleep. I was driving to work and called Haven on the phone (yes, Haven has a phone number!) It sent me a full breakdown to my email. And then — knowing my brain — set me a daily reminder to take my allergy medicine. Sure enough, I'd already forgotten. 😅 I feel so much better now.
