Exciting to discover the amazing limestone formations and beautiful glow worms at the Waitomo Caves today. They were first explored by Chief Tane Tinorau who was accompanied by an English surveyor Fred Mace in 1887.

A real treat to visit Whittakerβs chocolate factory this month. Fascinating to see their bean to bar production line and taste some of the finished product! π π«
Did you know their story started with JH Whittaker learning the confectionery trade in England in 1882? π¬π§ π³πΏ

Chuffed to have my book reviewed by such an esteemed figure in early Christian studies as Jonathon Lookadoo.
Even more chuffed to have come out of it relatively well off. That the book "breaks genuinely new ground" is a particular favourite.

I am very excited about going to World of Wearable Art (WOW) this evening. There are three British designers amongst the finalists - so we wanted to welcome them (and local NZ design students) with a morning tea! I am now much better informed about performance design and art!
