As someone who’s struggled with my mental health a lot throughout different parts of my life, I just wanna say i understand what it’s like to have nothing, feel like im nothing, feel like you will never be anything of purpose. But also someone who’s knows what it’s like to have a lot of good things happening, feel like you should be proud of yourself, feel like you’ve been improving and taking really good strides in your life, just to still have the never ending sense of doubt and worthlessness. No matter which side you are on just know it’s okay. As the world evolves and generations are stuck with new world wide chronic issues, our generations are the unfortunate ones to be stuck with the highest rates of suicide, depression, anxiety, and just mental health issues as a whole. I’ll never understand why the awareness and preventions for these issues are labeled into just specific months throughout the year. But regardless of all that, the people who are reading this and understanding everything I’m saying, just know I am proud of you and I love you all.
