β€œHe will suffer a probable, imminent, and irreparable injury if this Court does not issue this temporary injunction.” Maybe he shouldn’t have egregiously broken one of the NCAA’s biggest rules????? Consequences exist for actions??? 🀯

Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby’s injunction to play in 2026, makes Tennessee QB Joey Aguilar’s denial to play this season even more shocking 🍊 Sorsby, who placed at least 40 bets involving Indiana as a quarterback for the Hoosiers, has been granted an injunction to be immediately eligible for the 2026 season in a Lubbock County Court. Sorsby also used sportsbook accounts registered to family members and friends to wager roughly $90,000 over four years. Aguilar, who led the SEC in passing this past season, was denied an injunction for an extra year of eligibility in a Knox County court in early 2026. Aguilar was seeking eligibility to play a fourth season of D1 FBS football.

TRENDING: Tennessee has emerged as the leader for the #1 transfer in the country and 6’7 guard Juke Harris. North Carolina and Michigan have been the Volunteers primary competition, though Harris is still strongly considering the NBA Draft. Harris is currently a projected early second rounder, but if he is able to raise his stock while going through the draft process, he may decide to leave college. North Carolina, not wanting to wait and miss out on other options in the portal, has filled out their backcourt with commitments from three portal guards. Michigan has slowed communication with Harris, although they remain in play assuming they still have a spot/the necessary resources when he decides. Rick Barnes and Tennessee have remained consistent though and own the momentum. Tennessee is expected to spend big on this years roster to try to give Barnes a true contender as he approaches retirement age. Let us know where you think Harris should go πŸ‘‡ He could turn the Volunteers into one of the championship favorites πŸ‘€
