If the federal carbon tax is meant to force Cdns to change behaviour, it only works when there are options - like a subway. This federal tax makes life more expensive for families already struggling. The Fed Clean Fuel Standards will also cost us 3x the national avg w/ no rebate.

Ok, quick fact check.
The NL gov had a price on pollution for years before the federal system.
The cash went to their coffers, not to you via rebates.
Our federal system only kicks in when provinces don't have a system that meets emission reduction standards.
