On Tuesday night, the Fredericktown R-1 School District hired Coach Kody Tipton as the next head coach for the Blackcats Football Program. Coach Tipton described his thoughts and feelings on leading the football Cats into the future:
…I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving student-athletes across multiple programs. Moving forward, the focus will be on maintaining a high standard in how we prepare, compete, and represent our school and community.”
Last night, the Fredericktown R-1 School district officially hired Coach Jackson Lamb as the new head coach for the Blackcats High School Baseball program. Coach Lamb has 5 years of coaching experience at the secondary level between his time at Arcadia Valley, and as a Blackcat.
He has led our student in multiple roles over the last several years including High School Baseball, Middle School Football, Middle School Track, and Middle School Basketball. Big time congratulations to Coach Lamb on his new position!
The Blackcats history making season comes to an end. Congratulations to Coach Wagganer, Coach Dewey, and the young men in our soccer program on a great season. This program is another example of our Blackcats and Ladycats continuing to change the culture of our programs.
