Listen as Laura Maxwell tells listeners that "Humza Yousaf is surer than a sure thing in a one horse race that's been rigged."
Whatever the context, this comment is inappropriate.
Is this in keeping with BBC guidelines? Almost certainly not. Will anything happen to Maxwell? No.
