Water and electrolyte run on Monday. Powered electrolyte mixtures work better because they can be mixed with water when you are ready to use. A large bottle of pedialyte, however, needs to be kept refrigerated once it is open and consumed in 24 hours.

Are you homies with your neighbors? How about your whole block? One of the cool things you can do to keep your neighbors safer is raise funds to buy a block AED. These can be easily stored in a locked box (shared code) on someone's porch even!

When it came time to pick up and dispose of a syringe though the same woman who yelled at me asked me to do it for her. She's making $30 an hour to bulky houseless people and I'm making $0 to provide healthcare. The least they could do is pick up trash, gee whiz.
