We're having some problems with a couple of bits of hardware and the network is currently unavailable. We should have a better ETA later today or early tomorrow. Email login and portal access will be affected.

New hardware is due to arrive at the college tomorrow at lunch time. Updates will be shared here as we have them.

Hardware fixes are in place. Data is being moved around to allow us to clean and reset the storage. This will continue through the night. Working towards full restoration of services tomorrow.🤞

The college network (including the portal) is currently offline due to a hardware failure. Replacement parts are en route and our current ETA for return of service is late tomorrow.

The systems are still unavailable as we are still awaiting the part. It's now with UPS, but the best they can offer is "by the end of the day".

The new part has arrived and is now installed. Normal service is resumed! Portal and email logins are now all working again.

Some college IT services will be unavailable on Thursday evening due to a misconfiguration made during the internet migration. This will affect external access to the Portal and may affect Office365 (including outlook).

The FremanGuest internet connection is flaky at the moment. The fault is with our supplier who will permanently fix it over the weekend.

The network was offline over the weekend due to persistent power issues in Buntingford. Everything is back online this morning.
