Trade update:
Following rulings on IEEPA tariffs, CBP is preparing a refund process for affected import entries. New ACE functionality may be ready in ~45 days. Reminder: CBP refunds are electronic.

🚨 Tariff Update
The Supreme Court has ruled against the IEEPA tariffs, including the 25% tariffs briefly imposed in 2025 on produce from Mexico.
FPAA filed suit earlier this year and will share guidance soon on how members can pursue refunds.
