My biggest problem with this is having the tournament be fixed in Dayton (for half the games).
I know the fine folks in Dayton are starved for good basketball, but that's their problem, not mine.
Move it around if it's going to have that many teams.

I do think the NCAA gets dealt a tough hand w/court rulings, but rushing this thru w/no heads up is the kind of boneheaded, reactive incompetence they are known for.

NCAA President Charlie Baker is pushing for the proposal to allow DI athletes five years of eligibility to be voted on as emergency legislation in May, with implementation the next month.
Baker is also in support of DI having a legal tampering window like we see in the NFL.
