Sounds like a bit of aggro from both supporters - Exeter lot starting it & Bath fans responding to it.
Funny because I was told away ends aren’t needed as all rugby fans are “salt of the earth & can behave themselves”. 👀
Pretty salty ending to an epic match as Feyi-Waboso had a drink thrown in his face. Bath fan ended up with a ripped t-shirt as he made a run for it mol.im/a/15897697

Gutted. That hurts as it always will at this stage & against that lot.
However really proud of our lads, their heart, their effort & never giving up.
Not to be on the night, but it happens. Doesn’t change that was still a positive season with lots of highlights.
Gutted.

Some good stuff in there from us, but also not good enough in a few areas which is killing us.
Got to compete more at the breakdown, be a nuisance & slow it down. Got to start winning the collisions more. Plus need to go up on their lineouts & compete.
So far it’s too easy.

I don’t share the thought process that we’d prefer to play Saints in a SF.
A) the game a few weeks ago holds no relevance to this one
B) Saints are obviously going to rest big dogs this week so will be fresh. We have to go hard against Bath so can’t.
All games are hard now!

Not only that, looking at Saints, Bath, Sarries and Exeter, all are hugely dangerous opponents.
The only preference is a home SF, anything else is tough regardless.

Frustrating game & frustrating result that.
As much as I was annoyed by the officiating in the first half, in the end we lost that ourselves.
Too many errors, too much poor stuff in the big moments.
Big week ahead for the group for next week. All eyes on that!
