New HOWTO: Get Started with PeeringDB as a Carrier Operator. A carrier provides links between facilities. They are different from a network in PeeringDB because their services run at layers 1 or 2.

We have MICE connections currently available at our MN-AlbertLea and MN-511 data centers with MN-Ridgeview coming soon!
This is a US/Canadian map showing the percentage of networks that are available at MICE by jurisdiction. MICE currently has 75% of @peeringdb networks with facilities in Minnesota.
