From being "the new leader of the free world (tm)" to a Canadian sideman blowing rusty trombone for MAGA. Can't make this shit up. Out of the blue.

Carney has already had a year in office and essentially accomplished nothing. Nowhere near the big talk promises and dramatic rhetoric. Things are getting tougher for voters by the month. And Carney will face more scrutiny and criticism than he imagined possible.

Trade in goods and services across USA-CAN border is 3 billion dollars a day, every day. All these "strategic alliances" Carney has been promising (not delivered) might amount to a few hours trade with USA. In total, a few days. Then say we can tell USA to fuck off.

Home gamers want to "understand" the Iran war twists and turns. They think Trump is flaky, irresolute etc. They never consider the possibility that intelligence indicates a fierce struggle within IRCG and Trump biding time to see if a winner emerges. A winner who can deal.

"In a more dangerous and divided world (tm)" Canada and USA do more than 3 billion dollars a day in goods and services across the border. Every day. Changing that anytime soon is like trying to swim upstream at Niagara Falls.

The rail project comes up every 10 years since the 1970's. Dumb then and dumber now. Just ask the question - if this TGV type train was really necessary, would it not have already been built long ago? US and Canadian terrain, distances, weather, pop density make this a loser.

You have to hand it to Trump. He bombed the shit out of Iran's military resources with hardly any US casualties and made the world think Iran really won. Amazing. Plus Trump smoked out the fecklessness of NATO as final proof that US should save their billions spent on NATO.

think external forces are more likely to damage Canada than Libs. Not enough time to turn things around. Any good liberal changes will come from public outrage.

Who thinks the fireworks in Iran at 8 EST are going wind up being a fizzle?

Not sure what's going to happen tonight in Iran. Likely a lot less than predictions. Measured bombing likely. But hey - it might result in a huge temporary shortage of virgins in the Muslim hereafter. And there's no way to profit.
