Is recruitment efforts about to crash into a wall? A year ago, recruiting was booming, and recruiters were in high demand. However, LinkedIn's Global Talent Trends, October 2022 report shows that hiring rates worldwide are sluggish as the economy cools.

Companies that invest in these efforts during times of slower growth will come out stronger at the other end.
