Students in Mrs. Arnold’s Anatomy and Physiology 12 course got to go to Okanagan college today for an EKG lab and a DNA gel electrophoresis lab. It was an amazing hands on Science experience. Special thanks to our host Professor Stacy Sakakibara

Anatomy and Physiology 12 students in Mrs. Arnold’s class were treated to a visit from respiratory therapists and offered an opportunity to job shadow at VJH. A huge thank you to Laura and Gage for their amazing presentation.

Our bike safety training is complete, and we will use our cruiser bikes next week to finish our Ecology unit in Science 9. We will visit Kin Beach and neighborhood wetlands to do water quality testing and learn about the Nitrogen and Phosphorus cycle.
