Ran into a streamer on Reddit who was advocating for a fairly nuclear and toxic response to what should be an easy conversation. Upon challenging their advice they responded with more toxicity, and subsequently blocked me.
I suppose I don't know what I expected.

We've been performing short form, highly focused observational playtests and they're just a joy.
The amount of data you get from watching someone play / struggle / solve puzzles or tests you set up are worth the investment.
