We supported 41% of all deaths that occurred on the Fylde coast last year? For each of those individuals, their families & people close to them, that journey was transformational. We only have one chance to get it right. #DyingMatters #TheCultureOfDyingMatters @hospiceuk

Regardless of the terminology, different documentation types and methods that can be utilised, every adult in the UK should be supported to put suitable plans in place should they not be able to articulate their wishes in the future." - #ACPDay2025 #DyingMattersAwarenessWeek

This year #GoodGriefUmbrellaDay 2025 will be on Monday 10th February. Please order your little umbrella badges, wear them out and about & you will help to raise funds to provide our Good Grief Condolence & Signposting cards to NHS Trusts, GP practices & bereavement charities across the UK. thegoodgrieftrust.org/good-gโ€ฆ One central signposting resource for health professionals and those working to support the bereaved in their community. We have improved and developed the design on feedback from the nurses, and clinicians who use this card every day across #NHS Trusts, to signpost bereaved families to #HelpandHope in one place. โ˜‚๏ธ๐Ÿงก Thankyou

Good morning, Today we are excited to meet our creative branding agency, to finalise the blueprint for this yearโ€™s National Grief Awareness Week. This annual campaign now in its 6th year, was created to raise awareness of grief and loss on a national platform. We have lit the dome of St Paulโ€™s Cathedral with our logo, displayed our posters on a double decker bus around London, lit Blackpool Tower and landmark buildings across the country orange and launched Better Together Cafes, bringing communities together to support those grieving. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates & to register for our NGAW24 launch event in September! ๐Ÿงกโ˜‚๏ธ thegoodgrieftrust.org @fromthefamily
