Since August 2025 my checked bag has been missing — despite repeated emails, DMs, proof, PIR requests and documents.
Inside the bag is an external hard-drive with legal immigration files, work data, and important personal items.

No proper case reference. No progress. No bag. No accountability.
All I want is my belongings returned.
I'm prepared to go legal if this isn't sorted within days.
