Over the last eight years, we’ve achieved historic wins for hardworking Georgians from all walks of life and made our state the best place to live, work, and raise a family. We’ve passed the largest tax cut in state history, announced the largest economic development projects ever, raised teacher pay by nearly ten thousand dollars, led the entire nation in recovering from a pandemic, cracked down on criminal street gangs, invested historic amounts in school safety and classroom excellence, and made Georgia a national leader in job creation from businesses large and small. That’s a conservative record of success that Marty, the girls, and I are proud of—and it’s one that would not have been possible without our partners in the General Assembly. Whether it was during his service in the state senate or as Lt. Governor, @burtjonesforga has been a strong, trusted ally in those victories for the people of our state. He worked hard alongside me and my administration to return over $9 billion back to taxpayers, raise pay and retirement benefits for state law enforcement, and he never wavered when we took on the special interests to pass meaningful tort reform for the first time in twenty years. Burt knows how to get things done as governor because that’s what he has done as a state senator and as your Lt. Governor. The hardest part about being governor is making decisions that aren’t always popular or easy. I’ve worked alongside Burt for nearly fifteen years and I’m confident that he will always put hardworking Georgians first. This fall, Georgians will have a clear choice to make in their next governor. I believe Burt Jones will make a strong case to the voters for four more years of conservative leadership that ensures our state’s best days are ahead, while Democrats try to run from Keisha Lance Bottoms’ record of complete failure as mayor of Atlanta. Marty, the girls, and I are proud to endorse Burt Jones to be the 84th Governor of the great state of Georgia and ask you to join us in supporting him on Tuesday.

Georgia attracts businesses from all over because we work with them, not against them. While other states are enacting laws that create harmful government overreach, we proudly welcome freedom-loving job creators like @RideoutArsenal to do business in the Peach State. gov.georgia.gov/press-releas…

This is indeed very useful for private sales.
NEW: @UtahBCICIC has launched a free public-access website which allows you to query if a firearm has ever been reported stolen which pulls directly from NCIC. This is an incredibly useful tool for individuals conducting private-party sales. serialandcfp.ps.utah.gov/

Grateful for @GA2Aorg’s endorsement. To me, standing for the 2nd Amendment isn’t just a talking point, it’s a foundational freedom that I’ll always fight to protect. #gapol

When lawmakers treat the Second Amendment like a regulated activity instead of a protected liberty, they invert the constitutional structure. Government exists under rights. It does not administer them. This is a fundamental, mainly intentional misunderstanding.

From Mr. Adamiak: "If I could speak directly to ATF Director Robert Cekada, I would begin by acknowledging that what happened in my case occurred prior to his leadership at the ATF, under then-Director Steven Dettelbach. I recognize that distinction. I also recognize the tone he and Attorney General Todd Blanche have recently set, and it is one that gives me reason to write this. If I could ask for one thing, it would be this: clear lines, consistently enforced. No American should have to guess where legality ends and a felony begins, especially when the consequence can mean decades of imprisonment and the permanent loss of constitutional rights. The ATF holds extraordinary authority over how complex, technical firearms laws are interpreted. That authority demands not only expertise, but restraint and consistency. What I experienced reflected neither. On April 11, 2022, four days after my arrest, President Joe Biden stood beside Director Dettelbach and acknowledged pushing for new rules because legislation could not be passed through Congress. Weeks earlier, the Department of Justice had already initiated an enforcement surge targeting privately made firearms, allocating additional prosecutorial resources and intensifying focus. That context matters because my case aligned with that moment. I was charged based on items the ATF classified as “firearm receivers,” items that had freely circulated in open commerce for decades. I was arrested before the rule redefining those items was publicly announced. That is not clarity. It is enforcement applied ahead of definition. So, I continue to ask: how does something that did not meet the legal definition of a receiver at the time become the foundation for a federal prosecution? How does a collection of parts become a narrative carrying decades of exposure? I have spent years asking those questions from a cell..." Full letter here: saf.org/tate-adamiaks-letter…

Just a reminder that 40 years ago yesterday this unconstitutional abomination came into being after crooked Charlie Rangle dropped it into the Firearm Owner's Protection Act with no vote on the amendment.

And of course the MSM has already memory holed this and I'll give you 3 guesses why and the first two don't count.
Not sure how I am only just now hearing this*, but in case you had not heard it, that POS dirtbag with the AR that went on a shooting rampage in Cambridge, MA the other day, he was stopped by an armed civilian who was joined by a cop, they worked as a team, and stopped the suspect. You know, ALL of the stuff that the antigun crowd says NEVER happens. In fact, this one incident is the perfect example of how every relevant democrat policy is dead wrong. - Democrat soft on crime policies put a multiple time convicted felon and attempted cop killer back on the street in the blink of an eye. - MA strict gun laws (rated an A by Giffords) did absolutely nothing to prevent a convicted felon from getting a gun. - An armed private citizen actually engaged the suspect. - When the cops arrived, despite what antigun Dems love to say, the cop was immediately able to tell the difference between the armed civilian and the armed shitbag. - The cops did not shoot the wrong person. - The armed civilian did not shoot a bunch of random innocent people. - The armed civilian and the cop worked together to end the situation, saving innocent lives. Guns Save Lives! Practice your ABC's - Always Be Carrying! (* Actually, I do know why it took so long to come out, the MSM doesn't like it when armed civilians save the day.)

🚨 HELP FREE TATE ADAMIak — Copy, sign & mail this letter to BOTH addresses today! Letter (copy this part): Dear Mr. David Warrington, White House Counsel, and Office of the Pardon Attorney, I respectfully urge you to grant a full and unconditional pardon to Patrick “Tate” Adamiak, a former active-duty Navy E-6 with an honorable service record and no prior criminal history. He is serving a 20-year federal prison sentence for crimes he never committed. As documented by investigative journalist Lee Williams, ATF found nothing illegal in his home. He never sold a single real firearm—only legal military gear and gun parts. ATF lied under oath, used a paid confidential informant, misrepresented replica and demilled items as functional machine guns, and even rebuilt inert objects in their lab to create evidence. Real criminals with real guns and serious crimes have received far lighter sentences than this honorable sailor. A pardon would correct this grave injustice. Sincerely, [Your Full Name] [Your Full Address] MAIL TO (send one copy to each): 1. Mr. David Warrington
