In celebration of World Bee Day today, Kevin Cook from our International Special Interest Group has produced a free presentation to help schools develop awareness of beekeeping and celebrate.
It features the Hospicio Santa Maria in Guatemala, where Sister Dee keeps honey to supplement the diet of her patients and to sell to raise funds.

So happy to see @YujingHe_GEO has published this article! I wonder if we can have a joint event to discuss this paper with GERSIG @SusanJPike and @GA_ISIG@GeogMum
The study gets inspired from many authors we are familiar with, including @geography_DAF (the GA President 23-24)
Delighted to share my new work published in JoG. Got a lot of kind help during the jouneyโค๏ธ Full article: GeoCapabilities Approach to Climate Change Education: Developing an Epistemic Model for Geographical Thinking tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.โฆ

We would love to see you at our 15.00 session on Sat - a great way to end the conference! Explore how we can use @ERAresources to learn about people & places & how the amazing @MoatFarmJuniors connect with the world & take time to discuss what we have learn through travelling.
Fancying a bit of a geog hol this summer? @The_GA study tour heads to The Azores this summer! Still some spaces available.
Had the pleasure getting to know @flooglebinderUK within our @GA_ISIG meetings and the thought that goes into these trips is incredible. Great for CPD!
In partnership with the @The_GA, we are so excited to announce we are launching this once-in-a-lifetime expedition to the Azores for a week of hydrology, species conservancy and geothermal energy. Contact us for more info! ๐ดโโ๏ธ๐ณ๐

Great to hear from Josh and Kesienna from @ERAresources at the @GA_ISIG meeting on Saturday. This service is free for most educators in England & the โrequest a clipโ service is fab! Delighted that 117 requests for video clips followed my previous post!
