8-9 am Girls AE is cancelled for today. Weight room will be open from 9-11 for those that want to get their lifting in.

We are cancelling the 6:45 AE session today. If it works for your schedule, you can come in an do the lower body lift any time between 9 and 11 a.m. The girls have the weight room from 8-9 as usual. Be safe.
