Presumably by the person who was assualted.

On Thur, a flight chartered by the UK conveyed 21 people, Nigerian & Ghanaian nationals to Lagos.
Today, after the fact, The Nigerian G'ment signed an agreement with UK on tackling illegal migration, as per Britain’s ‘New Plan For Immigration’ policy.
Racists were overjoyed.
