Today marks 47 years since the sinking of the SS Edmund Fitzgerald. Childhood friends with the son of John H. McCarthy, First Mate of the SS Edmund Fitzgerald, Dan & Pat Conway named their porter to honor the 29 men that lost their lives on Lake Superior. Today we remember them.
