This is a misunderstanding of what accreditation is. Accreditation is not license to operate. It's affiliation with certain bodies. In other words, accreditation does not give you the authority to close down the institution, invalidate people's certificates and caution employers against the graduates. You can only disown your affiliation with the institution or withdraw your endorsement, and then give a "buyer beware" warning. But invalidating certificates and warning employers is malicious, unwarranted and cruel. Imagine all the people who learned there, got employed and actually did substantive work, since they have not been fired, meaning they are competent. On what basis then, are you saying they are not qualified? And how does a simple year change the training? Why are you extending your mandate to employers? It's not your job to decide who can work for them.
This is not how accreditation works internationally, since you people are obsessed with international opinion.
