It is with deep regret that the 30th Pct announces the sudden and tragic death of Police Officer Juliana Torsiello.
Officer Torsiello with only 3 years of service, had already made a name for herself protecting West Harlem.

If someone in your profession does something despicable it's ok to say that it's wrong, that it's terrible, and that you hope they pay for it. Stop protecting terrible people or playing victim thinking it "could have been me" when you know damn well it would have NEVER been you.
Every year, on 1 December, the world commemorates World AIDS Day. People around the world unite to show support for people living with and affected by HIV and to remember those who lost their lives to AIDS.
