In Bothfeld v. WEC II, a 3 judge court in Dane County, Wisc., has denied a petition for judgment on the pleadings and granted intervenor-defendants' motion to dismiss. The order leaves in place Governor Evers' congressional map for the 2026 midterm cycle.
