Watching my student teacher grow as a future teacher has been great! She is starting to use anecdotal notes during small group instruction. She also ended her small group lesson with a short 3 minute “focused” phonic lesson! 🤩🙌🏾 #FutureFultonTeachers #ABetterWayToStudentTeach

We hired 4️⃣6️⃣members of Cohort2️⃣ & they R starting their teaching careers today! While no one would have imagined 🤯starting their career in this remote💻 space; I’m confident that their First STEP experience has them Day 1️⃣ready even in a new normal🤪! You got this Cohort 2! 👍🏽
